Mark, Ondray and Doc did an excellent job detailing my van inside and out. Their attention to detail was superb, and the entire job was done very professionally. The car looks like it is brand new. Mark called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to say they were going to be late, then texted me later to let me know they would be arriving earlier than anticipated. These guys are a good team and obviously enjoy their work and are proud of their product. This is my third year using their services, and I will continue.

Great. Prior to finding Jewel Mobile Detailing, I had to travel to detail shops and deal with commuting to metro. I have used them 3x with great results. I recommended them to a friend who reported the same satisfaction. When they come they require access to a power outlet and hose. i would recommend them.

"Ms. Glass, I am sorry your battery died upon completion of the job. Some vehicles do not have an off button for the convenience lighting but should have a built in set-up to turn the lights off if the battery voltage drops. I am not sure what the case is with your vehicle but if there is an off button and we missed it I apologize and will make sure the guys are aware that they should look for or ask about turning the interior lights off during the job. Great. Have hired them 3 times to detail my car. The owner drives to my residence to preform the work. There is flexibility in scheduling. After every detailing very satisfied with work completed. Will continue to use them for detailing. Have recommended them to a friend, they were pleased with work performed.

These guys are really good. They spend a ton of time with the car and it comes out looking like a showroom / car show quality. The car is glistening and the conditioning on the seats makes you literally slide around. I'm definitely going to make this a recurring thing for my car.

It went great. They once again showed their professionalism during every step of the process of us working together. They installed a two channel, four channel amp and two subs to my factory deck and speakers. They tested everything and it sounds great! Mark worked with me on where I wanted to mount the amps, how the set up should be wired and allowed me to provide feedback. They even offer ongoing customer support if there are any issues with the system. They did such a great job for such a fair price that I tipped them over and above the cost. I will definitely have them back soon to install my back up camera and anything else I need on my SUV!

They were out there for like 5 hours cleaning the beast from bumper to bumper, even the locations on the vehicle that most detail companies leave dirty. It was an amazing job, definitely worth the premium they charge for the service. They may not be the cheapest around but they do top of the line work. Not only wast the work great but Mark and his partner are super professional, I felt very comfortable giving them my keys offering full access to my vehicle and all of my valuables inside. It's hard to find trustworthy, professional people in this industry.

They came to my house. Everyone was busy and they did it. There were 2 guys and they did a great job. I have used them before. They had some sort of special price that was why it was only $150. It was like the fall special. This is the third time I used them. They are trustworthy people and they do a great job. I didn't have the full detail where they do the inside of the car. That's about $200 or $175, I think. Full detail I think is 3 or 4 hours. The workers were great. They took me around the car. They showed me everything they had done. It looked beautiful to me. They were very professional and didn't spend a lot of time yakking on the phone. They just did it and did it well, and then they left. The one thing they did exceptionally well was the car looked exceptionally beautiful. They did a fabulous job.

My car looks like brand new (except for the few dents I have acquired through the years)! I think the cost was reasonable (although had to pay an extra 15 because of the distance). I got a confirmation email followed by a text a few days before the appointment. The guys were prompt, polite, friendly, thorough. Took over 4 hours! I inspected the car after at their request.

Jewel Auto Care is the best of the best! This is the second time within two years that JAC has detailed my car. The owner, Mark, and his assistant, Andre', did an amazing job on my 2003 Buick. It looks and smells like it's a brand new car that just rolled off the showroom floor. They got every bit of dirt out of every nook and cranny. Mark takes great pride in his company's work, and he ensures that his customers end up happy and satisfied. Customer relations, communication, and friendliness--outstanding! It was ok, but not the standard of cleaning I expected from someone with such a high rating. There was a ring of gunk left in a cupholder, and there was some dirt left in several different places.
