We found out that the electrician who ran the wiring to the disconnect wired it incorrectly. The tech fixed the issue and it has ran flawlessly since. From the start Demetrius was very professional and courteous over the phone. He arrived on time and called to let me know 1/2 hour in advance he was on the way. Demetrius did all he said and more.
