We had it delivered and installed with Zero issues. We did need have their technician come out afterward to diagnose an electrical issue. We found out that the electrician who ran the wiring to the disconnect wired it incorrectly. The tech fixed the issue and it has ran flawlessly since. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a spa."
