"It took several calls and e-mails to contact Scott and  schedule my Angie's List "big deal"  for either a chimney sweep or a dryer vent cleaning. With all the flu, etc. going around, I was not surprised that the initial appointment was not kept. Scott was like many people when they are sick, you just want to get well, and you don't think about calling customers to reschedule. That's what happened here. After a week, Scott finally sent me an e-mail stating he would contact me very soon to reschedule and offered his sincerest apologies for the delays.  The next day, Scott called and we set a time for him to come out.
