My name is Amber Settles and I am a new business owner. Even though I have been in this field for 15+ years, I have just recently decided it was time to start up my own. I am what I like to call a "Jackie of all trades". When it comes to residential remodeling and repairs there isn't much I can't do. I like to say that here at Kairos we know alittle bit about alot of stuff. Regular punch outs, apartment turn overs, multi-family housing, repairs, remodeling and repairs. This is an owner operated company with opportunity to open jobs for people who struggle to find work. We like to take on any jobs , big and small. We offer 22 years of experience in commercial and residential hardwood floors installation and refinishing in the Atlanta area, and we hope we get to work on your upcoming project. We want you to feel great about our work and we'd like to earn your trust and your referrals.
"German and his team did an incredible job I’m my home. I give him the highest possible recommendation without any hesitation or reservations whatsoever. We had damage that had occurred due to an undetected water leak from my refrigerator. The damage accounted for half our kitchen and we discovered it just before Thanksgiving. German was completely accommodating of our situation and the timing. He worked with us to get an estimate for our insurance that was accepted immediately. He then proceeded to repair our floor by lacing in replacement material. Because we were just heading into the holidays, he did a light sanding so we could make it through the holidays and there wouldn’t be any splinters. He then came back in the new year as soon as we said we were ready and refinished our entire entry level (all hardwood), the stairs and 2nd floor common area. His guys worked so hard and we’re constantly cleaning up. Halfway through the job I asked about redoing our spindles on the stairs and he came up with a beautiful and cost effective solution. Even during the color selection process he was completely accommodating, saying “I want my customers to be completely happy.” The color is so rich and beautiful, I can’t imagine it could have gone better."
