They work extremely hard - arrive at 8am 6 days a week and work a full day. And when I expanded the scope of the job to include the fireplace, Jimmy showed up on Sunday (his one day off) with his wife to get it done so he could stick to the original estimated time to complete the job. Jimmy offers advice based on his expertise and asks questions to ensure every aspect of the job is done exactly how you want it.
