"I hired Stephen Lugos to construct the concrete floor for a 760 SF pool apartment on my property in Orlando. He and his crew leveled the pad and compacted the fill properly, set up form boards, dug the footers, installed all rebar including vertical rebar for the concrete block (by others). They also coordinated well with my plumber that installed underground sewer and water pipes. The entire time Stephen and his crew were professional, did quality work, were respectful of the property and communicated well. "Concrete is full of holes lower than other slab left 2x4 with nails in Road I told them to put dirt on side of house they put it all over the yard killed all the grass now the yard is 5 inches higher than concrete so when it rains all the dirt washes away I spent 3 days trying to fix it no luck new concrete not level slopes down 2 inches making dirt 6inches higher than driveway very messy/I had to work so hard to fix the mess looks like crap would never hire them again or recomend them to anyone not happy still trying to fix the mess"
