"Eddie did an amazing job on our windows, what amazed me the most was how clean the window tracks were! We live on a lake and you’d be amazed on what ends up in their window tracks and Eddie made them look like brand new! I would definitely recommend his company for all your window cleaning needs."

"Soaked and Co was very professional and did a fabulous job. We had some sticky spots on the window from a house being built next door and they were able to remove all of it. I would definitely hire them again."

"Johnny was my point person on this job. I live in CA and my parents live in FL. They are elderly and couldn't keep up with the maintenance on the house. Johnny and his team were very friendly and professional. They pressure washed the exterior of the house, the back patio, the carport and driveway. They also cleaned out the gutters, removed all debris from the property, and sealed and painted the driveway. They completely transformed the house and made my parents very happy."

"The 2 men cleaned/disenfexted over 40 windows and 4 sets of sliders in just a few hours! Sparkling clean is what I like and definitely will have them come on at least a quarterly basis to keep it this way! Best decision I’ve made - you won’t regret it!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Prices vary depending on window size, building height, and accessibility, ranging from $5 to $15 per window or $150 to $500 per service.

Professionals use HEPA vacuums, industrial-strength cleaners, and microfiber cloths for effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Yes, you should plan on being home when a window cleaner is cleaning your windows. The professional will clean both sides of the glass and will likely disassemble parts of your windows from the inside to clean and inspect the inner components, including the balances and weatherstripping. Much of this work requires interior access to your home, which means someone will need to be home to provide access to the window cleaner.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.
