Sam is the first and only business that provided exact information up front that allows you to know the price with no hidden fees or surprises. I would without hesitation recommended Sam and his company to my neighbors. On top of their good work, they warranty their what they have replaced for 1-year, which was never offered by other bidders. I had wind damage from the last hurricane but could not get Sam because he was so busy his schedule was 1-1/2 months out, so I had to get someone else. Sam is very busy at times but well worth the wait for getting a job well done. Next time I will wait however long. Good job!"
