Their clean up afterwards makes it seem that they were not even there. Sam is the first and only business that provided exact information up front that allows you to know the price with no hidden fees or surprises. I would without hesitation recommended Sam and his company to my neighbors. On top of their good work, they warranty their what they have replaced for 1-year, which was never offered by other bidders. I had wind damage from the last hurricane but could not get Sam because he was so busy his schedule was 1-1/2 months out, so I had to get someone else. Sam is very busy at times but well worth the wait for getting a job well done. Next time I will wait however long. Good job!"

We have a 25 lb Maine Coon that has a mind set to catch a squirrel. He will jump up about five feet and climb up the screens after the squirrels. The screens support him and show no signs of claw marks. No tearing. They should last a long time."

"I have used this firm to do repairs and door opener replacement prior to this service and they have always been very responsive and did a nice job. I selected them over a competitor because they took care of getting the permit and making sure the work was done up to code. There was some difficulty in getting the permit but they took care of everything. The other guy expected me to take care of the permit. The permitting required some extra work be done but what it difference it made. My new door and the extra details that were required look great. I now I have nice looking, very strong garage door. Will continue to call on them for all my garage door needs."
