"The person who provided the quote and the people doing the work had vastly different ideas of what was possible. We had asked to level the driveway and front steps along with a small patch of bricks that connected the two. The edges of the bricks and concrete did not end up level with one another and the masonry cracked. We ended up having a mason come out to fix the bricked area. We were told that, for what we paid, we could have just had a new driveway poured."

They noticed a problem with a built-in bookshelf and made sure it was well supported before they continued. Jerry, who rebuilt the subfloor, resolved an issue with rainwater coming in before continuing with the job. He and Jaime answered all of my questions and were happy to explain what they were doing and why it was necessary to the job. They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them and rehire them."

"I had them do a 6' x 6' concrete slab under a gate ramp. They did a great job and communicated the whole time. Everything was done thru google translate since I don't speak any Spanish. Even so, he communicated every step of the way, making sure what I had wanted was what they did. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything!
