"John was our sales rep, great guy, honest, and helped us get the best price and quality for our needs. Carl and CJ were our installation team and they were great. They are experienced and talented and were able to deal with the challenges that my 30 year old windows presented. We did have a long wait for our windows, but that was due to Covid 19 and its effect on the manufacturer. Very happy, would recommend Koehler Homes to anyone looking for replacement windows"

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Luis, our account rep, provided all the information we needed to make the decision on our crawlspace repairs and moisture control. Jordan, Dale, and Garritt worked 3 hard days, in the Florida summer heat, in our crawlspace, to complete the job. Donâ t know how they do it but they were cheerful and professional at all times. The crawlspace looks great, my floors arenâ t sinking or weak anymore, and they do an excellent job of backing up their product.
