Written agreement/contract was done immediately, approximate date given when job would be done. Reminder call to schedule job, team showed up at designated time and completed job as well as cleaned up and removed debris as agreed. No damage at all was done to my home or on my property.

I spoke with 4 different contractors for this job. These guys were the best overall in terms of communication and price, so I went with them, even over another contractor that I'd worked with in the past. They did not disappoint. Their communication was on point and they have been patient as I also needed to coordinate with a neighbor. They did great work at a very good price and were flexible as to the specifics of what I wanted done. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others.

The crew was really grwat! They didnt hit any of my landscaping or plants while dropping a big tree 5 feet from the house.. Very nice and professional. They did great clean up afterwards. They gave me exactly the flat stump i wanted to use for a big plant. I would call them again.

Did a very good job

The specific project was to cut up and remove 3 uprooted trees, one which fell on our house. That tree was huge and required skillful work to remove. Mance Giles was professional and did offer to reduce price of work. However there was some lack of communication as to how best to achieve this without destroying so much of the landscape. However, the tree is off the house, which took precedence. It was a tough job for all.

Mance was extremely professional. The gentlemen who did the work were phenomenal. They cleaned up so nicely and I will definitely use them in the future. Transaction was very smooth.

They do quality work and clean up after themselves but very disorganized. As long as you are clear about what you want and are present during the job you will be satisfied with their work.

They offered me a price. I hesitated and said I'd get back to them. They cut the price and offered to do the work the following day. Can't complain about that!

I wish to re-evaluate my last review. it was explained to me at a different time that the process would take longer than 1 day. I should not have said the majority of the negative statements. I apologize to the company.
