He sealed the chimney, fully secured the chimney cap (which for some reason had been only partially secured when it was installed 34 years ago) and gave the chimney interior a visual inspection. He probably could have recommended that I replace the chimney cap, but he said it still had reasonable life left. I thought him to be professional and very honest.
