Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called Daniel at 8:00 AM and left a message explaining the work I wanted him to give me an estimate on.
He called me back at 9:00 AM and told me that he could be here in an hour to look at the job.
At 9:45 Daniel showed up with his sidekick, James. They looked at the damage and gave me an estimate of $250 to replace and paint two sheets of siding and to replace the dryer vent baffle. Daniel also told me that they could do the work today.
They left to get their materials and were back and working by 10:30. While they were working on the dryer vent they discovered that the dryer vent PVC was actually broken off below ground level. They volunteered to dig up the pipe and try to fix it.
By 11:45 they were completely finished and presented me a bill for the original estimate with no additional charge for digging up and repairing the dryer vent.
When they left they mentioned that my driveway and walk were in need of a pressure washing and told me that they offered that service as well. When I decide to have the pressure washing done I will call Daniel first."
