"Rip off artists! Charged my dad $244 for one part and a hour of labor. The ?repairman? changed one part and that didn?t fix the issue. He said he needed a different part that he didn?t have on hand and advised to just buy a whole new fire pit. He never disassembled the mechanism under the fire pit to see what the issue was. The ?Repairman? was also there for only a half hour. According to two separate fire pit repair services the fire pit should have been disassembled to see what was actually malfunctioning. I emailed to company have never received a response. This company is preying on older retirees in The Villages and other local retirement communities."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Got a hold of Kiley and Sons to find and repair or a problem with a hot water heater. They showed up and instead of diagnosing the problem they charged me $740.00 to install a new water heater. Stripped it back and reinserted and problem solved. Diagnosis should have been done first since he actually tested wires on old heater and got no voltage but went ahead and installed new heater anyway. Poor company to deal with.
