When he first came to the property, he immediately made some _valuable_ suggestions for home's exterior completely unrelated to the landscaping. He also suggested a gravel bed around the house to replace gutters, which has worked wonderfully to prevent rain erosion on our sloped lot. "Relatively small job - to widen by a few feet the 30 ft narrow stretch of our driveway coming off the street. Whole process went exceptionally well: Exceedingly well: 1. RSA Paving answered all our calls, usually within a few hours. 2. RSA was willing to take on our small job that would still require large equipment on site; it helped that we were willing to be flexible about scheduling. 3. Their requested down payment was reasonable - about 20%. 4. Within a few days of that payment, we had a scheduled date. That date did have to be moved once (due to weather and a larger prior job requiring more time than anticipated). However, the 2nd date held firm; and the crew showed up right on time. 5. The crew all were polite, friendly, exceedingly competent and hard working. 6. They completed the work as promised. Results look great!"

"After taking measurements, Matt submitted a detailed site plan and estimate. Impressed with his friendly and professional manner, we hired them to grind a tree stump in the front yard and grade the area before installing the pavers for the sidewalk and new patio. The work was meticulously completed on time and as promised. Upon completion and final inspection, Matt noticed a very slight imperfection in a small section (I didn't even notice until he pointed it out) and had his crew come back to correct it, which they cheerfully did.
