"Prior to hiring, I asked if they had licensed arborists on staff and they told me yes, as well as having insurance. They did not provide me a copy of their current insurance. I met them at the job site prior to the start of the job and Stan assured me that he would complete the work as I instructed; well they didn't. They did not use ladders to clean out the crossing, too close and dead branches in the bulk of the tree crown nor did they clear out the mistletoe or the excessive buildup of Spanish moss. They mainly use chainsaws to shape the trees like lollipops including cutting thick limbs in half. This is NOT the work of an arborist."
