Our billing is usually 50% dn, 40% at start of job & balance on day of final walk thru. "Poor customer service. They all have an attitude, they are asking cash only and they mark the bills in front of you one by one. They want money upfront as they said they have been robbed before. They say if you give a check and bounce they will take you too Court. They ask you sign a contract and no opportunity to ask questions is like ‘take it or leave it’ They got upset when I refused to pay cash. These people are rude and confrontational. Have no respect. God forbid you complaint about then they will call you back and co front you! They walk in your house with dirty shoes. I will not recommend."
