"This the worst moving company service i have ever dealt with for 1 the movers constantly kept asking for drinks they asked the 1st time and I gave them a water and the second time I caught one of the drivers just open my fridge to get another water without even asking me then after that second time they kept asking. The movers don’t get me wrong was nice but just very needy the customer service is what I hate the lady really said to me after I called them about my son monitor being broke she stated oh when u was quoted for 2hrs nothing was broke now u quoted for 4hrs everything’s broke, mind you 1 of the movers broke my daughters leg off her dresser and he stayed he will fix it he made me aware of that so that wasn’t the problem the problem was my son computer monitor I specifically told them to no move anything in my sons room besides his mattress and DESK nothing else they took it upon their self and still lived his box that had his monitor in it and wants to use I had my boxes open and I told them to move as is WITCH IS A LIE, even if I did as movers if u seen a monitor that’s what u have tape for u would have taped the top up because yall state yall cover and secure things but I had never said that I told the nicer my granddad was moving everything I just need yall to get my big items. Then my balls to my rod are missing and they claim they haven’t took them off so they just disappeared and they also had other furniture on the truck as well and left two pillows and this machine that was not mine I put the two pillows back on the truck when I realized and before they left they took those two pillows back off and back into my house so they haven me items that doesn’t belong to me as well so ain’t no telling where my balls to my rod are. I wouldn’t recommend this living service if they was the only moving service there was. They don’t deserve not ONE star I hated everything about it and when I 1st booked I was told their is a $150 deposit and that will be deducted from my service my hours of moving was 4 so that was $600 total so minus the deposit I paid my remaining should only been $450 also $30 off for military discount so I suppose to only paid $420 but I still gave the driver $450 cash I emailed about my concerns only for them to not ACKNOWLEDGE and state I still owe a $120 balance mind you when they weee done moving she sent a invoice of $570 and saying my deposit was not included in that and I asked numerous of times to speak with who I initially booked with because that’s what was not told to me they would never get him on the phone kept saying he’s not available I’ve dealt with 3 different companies before and the deposit has always been deducted from my move they are really some scanners and the lady who sent the invoice sent numerous of invoices and even an incorrect invoice she sound like she do drugs or a drunk the office is a trailer and no one is never their do not use them they are horrible especially the customer service"
