"We had previously used Eric to solve an issue on our desktop PC, which ultimately wound up being replacement of the CMOS battery. He did a great job @ a fair price. However, this time when we called to have him come out to fix a wireless printing problem he stalled us for two weeks (first excuse was that he was too busy to come out), didn't return our phone calls, then when he finally did speak with us, he told us that it wasn't worth his while to come out because "gas is too expensive". FYI: our house is 17 miles from his place of business."
