He was very prompt.  It took about four days, but I wanted him to make sure that my computers were cleaned up and running smoothly.  I was very satisfied and would use his services again.

Was having intermittent problems with a Win XP x64 system I had built in 2009. It finally refused to boot up and a friend looked them up on her computer. I was unhappy with who I had been using for past 10 years.
I was totally amazed at how good these guys are. I have been in computers for 21 years and was beginning to feel the run of the mill repair guy didn't know any more then me. 
THESE GUYS ARE SHARP!! They got me a rare deal on a new system and imported some of my crucial data from the bad hard drive - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome experience!  I thought my motherboard was fried, but I took it to Reliable in case it could be repaired.  They determined that it was just a bad memory card.  Now my computer works like new again!

The experience went well and it seems like as soon as we called him he called right back. He was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing.

PC was freezing randomly, sometimes wouldn't even boot at all. Scott originally thought it might be due to overheating, but that wasn't the case. Finally found a problem with memory and replaced it. Took a couple of days, overall pretty happy with the experience.

Lost use of my computer on Monday, Called reliable and he said bring it in tomorrow. Brought it in. he diagnosed the problem, estimated the coat, and gave me a completion date for the following Monday. He called me that Monday and said it was done and said I could pick it. The price quoted was the price I paid.

I had Scott upgrade one of our computer's memory and install a new USB 3.0 card.. He is courteous, propmpt and explains everything so that you can understand it. I have tried several computer repair places and this is the best.

I could not sign into the internet. They found a program I had was causing the problem and removed it.

Scott determined that the laptop was overheating. Cleaned it and got it running again. He gave an estimate but suggested a new computer might be better. He suggested I purchase a cooling pad, which I did and the computer has been working well ever since. I am very satisfied with the services and would go back in the future. Scott did not charge me for service.

I called @ 4:10. Arrived at 4:45. They had my computer fixed by 5:00pm. I was not a major repair, and I had to force them to take any money. So, GREAT!

Scott was very helpful. Although my PC was terminal, he did determine its cause of death and wouldn't accept payment. Wouldn't hesitate to visit him when the next problem comes up.

On Friday 12/15/07 I called Reliable Computer Systems and talked to Scott McRoberts the owner of the company. He said that he could do the work on my computer the next day.

SCOTT WILL MAKE HOUSECALLS IF THE COMPUTER CANNOT BE BROUGHT IN. I WOULD NOT LET ANYONE ELSE DO MY COMPUTER SERVICE. HE IS NOT ONLY A VERY GOOD COMPUTER PERSON, HE IS RELIABLE, PERSONABLE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND SCOTT TO EVERYONE NEEDING COMPUTER SERVICE NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR LARGE THE COMPUTER.
