Bryan did his magic by going into the interworkings of the machine and adjusting what needed to be done. Then he got the machine to work with the printer and worked on the speed. Bryan was great to work with and made the computer look like a piece of cake to deal with. He will be our computer guru forever. Thanks Bryan!!!!

I was contacted almost immediately after purchasing the big deal. We made an appoint for a few days later. He was prompt and reviewed the hard drive. Tried to run a test and told me it could not be saved.

I was disappointed and hoped he had something up his sleeve but he is a computer specialist, not a magician.

Overall, I was very happy with the process and loved how proactive he was in contacting me.

The reason I asked for help was I was unfamiliar with my computer case and it is well I got help. I had never seen one before that hat hinged openings.
He had the advice I wanted and it was all over in an hour.

I had used an on line service to do the work which needed done after changing internet providers. I paid almost $300. for that and the computers were still not working. In fact they were worse after that on line remote service work. I went to Angies list and found this company. He came the next day promptly as planned. He worked for 5 hours straightening out the mess. I thought he was very reasonable, knowledgeable and professional, I will use this company again and I highly recommend him for his services.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and how they helped me with my computer issues.

Savvy come and worked on both computers at first in our home. He was able to fix the desktop in the house but eventually had to take the lap top to his shop and completely reload the harddrive there. He had to reload the entire hard drive which took many hours. He encountered many problems but kept at it like a bull dog and eventually was able to get the lap top working like new again. Although it took many hours on his part, I think his professional pride was more evident then just charging for the number of hours. His final bill was no where near the large amount I was expecting and I was pleased at how resonable the bill was. Brian of Savvy is a true professional and a savvy technician.

Bryan did just as I asked, removed all hard drive contents on a family-business laptop which had been infected with multiple viruses and malware which prevented even attempting to use program-removal or virus-scan applications. Restored factory programs, removed some of the more useless factory programs, installed useful vendor software (that I asked for) at no additional charge.
Bryan has done work for me several times in the past; the low cost is always a big surprise and relief to me and my wife. I would recommend his work to anyone. He can also sell you refurbished office computers (which work great) at very low prices.

We are still planing on having Bryan back. Just that right now it isn't a priority. It is very important though as soon as the holidays are over we will see

Our system crashed late Saturday which prompted me to check AL for techs that might be available on a Sunday. After reading some good reviews, I emailed two companies and heard back from both, but Savvy was more responsive and available to stop by early in the day.The problem was quickly identified and being that it was an older system, it would not have been cost-effective to repair.
He arrived when he said he would, determined the problem and aided in getting me set up on my laptop.
I was very pleased with the service (especially on a football playoffs Sunday:) and would call upon him again.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for an hour of work from Savvy Enterprises. Bryan set up a time with me to come and work on the computer. He arrived on time and worked very hard to get my old computer up and running. Unfortunately I had gotten a virus that destroyed my hard drive. Bryan was going to take the hard drive and clean it, and reload the programs, but I decided that since the computer was old it wasn't worth spending the money to repair it.. Bryan did everything he could do, but in the end I made the
choice not to fix it.

Bryan was prompt and professional. Very helpful and informative. He as patient with all my questions and problems. I am not techy at all and he understood that I did not understand too much about the workings of computers and programs. I have already recommended him to others.

Overall it went perfectly. Call ed Bryan on previous Friday , he called back shortly thereafter and fixed a an appointment for the following Monday. He was on time, professional and very friendly and did not waste any time at all.
