She's extremely communicative and trustworthy, and cleans like a pro. She uses environmentally safe products, which I appreciate as I have a young child and am also pregnant. She is easy to talk with, and someone you can really trust so that you can do what you need to do and stay out of their way. Within a few biweekly cleanings, we were letting her come while we were at work -- we left a spare set of keys and gave her a guest passcode for our house alarm. We miss Mandy down here in FL, but I'm sure she's taking her excellence with her in NC.
