Once received, the craftsmanship and skill that went into the tiling, pool resurfacing, and deck pavers was excellent. I got quotes from other providers, and GPS offered a fair and competitive price as well."

"This company gave us great flexibility. We had our own tiles that we wanted to use for the waterline under the coping. They had no problem with us doing that, did the installation and took special care of the tiles as they are Premium Green ONYX, which has a tendency to break easily until installed. Additionally, they always responded to my questions quickly, regardless of the day, time, or question. I call that "ABOVE AND BEYOND". "Corey from Waterbanks Pool installations came here June 27 presented to us what he could do as far as installation of the pool. I sent him a $800 Venmo payment to guarantee he would come and do installation July 11 after the deposit was sent. I found out he was not licensed or insured. On the day he was to arrive between 830 and 9 AM but did not arrive until 1030 when he was in transit, he sent me a message stating that he wanted the remainder of the $1800 in cash. He arrived and began leveling the remainder of the dig for the pool to be level then proceeded to install the pool at around 8:30 that evening. He said I m gonna have to come back. It s getting dark at that point he has to be paid in full stating that he would come back and finish it on the 13th. we said we would not pay him until the job was complete at which point he became angry and said well I will just stay and do it now then so he installed all the return hoses and the pumps which included having to cut holes in the vinyl for the return and the pump that filters water through the pool he came to the door at 9:45 stating that he was finished so we paid him and he left the next day when we started to fill the pool. We checked the water level and noticed that there was a huge hole in the vinyl linerwhere the water flow valve was at. So I immediately sent him a picture and a text asking if this was correct or if it was wrong and we called and left a voicemail. He has not contacted us or acknowledged the damage to the Pool at this point. Also, all the connections that he made hooking up the pump filter system in the motors are all leaking."
