Gulfstream Pools did an excellent job. Every subcontractor was professional, courteous and meticulous. We priced two other pool companies. Gulfstream's quote came in about $12,000 less than the other two companies. The other quotes did not include travertine tile, an open view screen, LED color lights and an up graded Spa package with silent air injection! ( One seat has 3 high performance jets as well as an air bubble injection system at your feet!) Bob was our designer. He came up with a fantastic design plan. He also listened to the changes that we suggested and integrated it very well into the overall design. Ted was the construction manager. He was very responsive to our phone calls. When I suggested that he look at our down spouts; he was there the very next day. The project was completed faster than I would have thought! ( 8 weeks.) The only critique that I could come up with; is that the base for the travertine was not crushed stone. This however did not affect the look or beauty of the travertine. All subcontractors did excellent and meticulous work. Hector; the plumbing contractor went above and beyond what he had to do by finding and capping off a leaking irrigation line. Kevin did the pool school and also programmed the Aqua connect. He also set up the salt system. He was very informative and was very quick to get back to me with what ever questions I may have had. Nancy and Laurie at the front desk were a pleasure to work with. Overall I would highly recommend Gulf Stream. This is my third pool and they give the most value with excellent work.

They did a nice job with the subcontracting. They delivered on everything they promised. I had to wait a month to start the project because the company producing the pavers and coping tiles were that far behind in the production of the material we selected. They have excellent sales people that know their business. The production side was good, but they could improve on more frequent communication to keep clients more involved with the project. We are happy with our renovated pool project.

Gulfstream Pools resurfaced my pool deck, replaced all my mechanicals, added both a solar and a heat pump pool heater, as well as a new screen enclosure. I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and customer service that I received. Tim, the owner was attentive to all my needs and issues. Highly recommend them!

The sales process started off good and then it got slow. Waited weeks for a quote and design. Then again for a 3D rendering. It was over the holidays so I will give them the benefit of the doubt that our sales guy was just off his game. When I called the office to follow up on what was taking so long they were more than happy to help and got back to me right away. We got quotes from multiple companies and they came in on the lower end with the upgrades that we were looking for. We were happy with the price once we got all the details finalized. They submitted the paperwork to the county and etc right away there was no delay on that end. They even started our project 2 weeks early. The construction was very smooth. Any issues we had they fixed right away without hesitation. We even decided we didn't like the top of our wall and they fixed it for us without charging us extra. We were very happy with the crew they never left a mess behind which was important since we had 3 children. The contractors would let know they were there and when they were leaving. They kept me involved in the process with updates etc. Ted the supervisor would come out to the site any time I asked. We love our end product, we get tons of compliments on it. We will enjoy our pool in the years to come.

I would use them again if I ever needed any maintenance on my pool. The work was outstanding. They could improve on their communication and letting me know what's going on.

Work was done on time and within $600 of budget. Started on time. Site manager was pleasant to deal with. The pool and the retaining wall was beautiful.

I am not the easiest customer to deal... these guys came through. Wife and I looked at 6 companies in total and ended up with gulf stream. They did a few pools in our neighborhood. Their pricing was right on par with all the other quotes. we ended up going with them because of the longevity they have been in the business and positive reviews from neighbors. When we signed with them they set proper expectations and even gave us a packet giving us a full construction agenda and what to expect. When the job was done they sent us a waiver of lien showing all subs had been paid. 
Signed contract end of October. It took my wife and I a while to finalize colors because we were indecisive. 
Gulf stream broke ground around thanksgiving and were filling the pool up with water christmas eve. Took them only about 1 month to complete the job. 
Bruce was our salesman and was very helpful and came up with great design. 
Ted was the project coordinator and was great about finishing this whole job in just about 1 months time. I hear that is a rarity in the pool business. This guy was awesome. 
Wayne was the pool school guy and also helped with a few service items. He is excellent with customers. 
Whenever you have a construction project there will always be things that need to be taken care of after the job is done.
I needed caps for where the volley ball net will be installed. A piece of my landscape curbing needed to be fixed and there were a few other minor things. They took care of all these items very quickly. 
Our pool is awesome and gulf stream did an exceptional job and was very professional - you should visit their showroom. 
*My only piece of feedback. After the job was done we wanted to have a small paver pad to match the existing pool deck so I could park the grill. I called the sub directly that put the pavers in (they did a great job) several times. They never called me back to quote the job.

I called them two weeks ago about something and I still haven't heard back from them. They did a decent job on the pool, but their customer service was so bad. It was ridiculous.

Crew was always professional and did a great job when on the job.  Cleaned up after themselves each time, with no complaints from neighbors!   We had obtained another bid from a quality company that was approx same price BUT did not include the hot tub built into the pool area so we believe we got our monies worth.   We have had a couple of warranty or call back issues (minor) and Gulfstream responded promptly.  Would recommend them to others.

As I'm out scrubbing my black with mildew pavers, I just had to revise my review to say I would not use Gulfstream Pools again.  They told me the high end pavers I put in (cost $12,000) would require very little maintenance.  Wrong!  After 3 weeks of being in they were green, then black with mildew.  But it was summer so we couldn't have them sealed.  Once it turned cooler, we had them pressure washed and sealed by a contractor they recommended.  He charged $1000 to pressure wash and seal the pavers.  He must have sealed them with water because two months later they were green and black again.  So, we had another company pressure wash and seal them in April -- for $800.  Literally, 6 weeks later they are green/black with mildew.  The pressure washer won't pressure wash again because it will remove the sealer and the sealer guy says the mold is growing on top of the sealer.
If I knew pavers were going to be such a hassle and such a DISGUSTING sight...it is so embarrassing to have green and black mildew ALL over our pavers, I would never have put them in.  Gulfstream told me they were low maintenance.  They recommended a guy who did not seal them properly.  When I called and told them about my experience they could have cared less.  Oh, well, we fired him anyway was their response.  I trusted them to guide me and give me honest advice about what product to pick.  They steered me wrong and now I regret ever having gotten pavers.  What a chore and an expense.
Gulfstream was not responsive at all when I had this issue.  They'd been paid their final installment and that's it.  I'd think twice about using them.

I liked the professionalism of the owner and his staff. The helpfulness in choosing the correct pepple deck. It looks great. His honesty in steering me and helping me choose the right solution in not putting in a new pool but rather making the one I own better.
