"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY We chose Jack Rabbit based on a recommendation from a friend, expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. At the time I was gathering quotes, my husband, a professional engineer was not home. He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. The AC unit installed was not the higher-end model we were led to expect, and the discrepancy only came to light after the fact. I left messages for upper management and the owner, hoping to discuss our disappointment and give the company an opportunity to acknowledge where things went wrong. To date, I have received no return call. That silence speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and accountability. This experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward and respectful transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of integrity and money out the window. Now that we’ve paid thousands of dollars, to include a one-year service agreement, I find myself asking: do I even dare have them come back? Can I trust them to do right by us? Sadly, they already have our money, and based on this experience, I have little confidence they’ll stand behind their work. If you’re considering this company, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Reputation means nothing without integrity, and based on my experience, Jack Rabbit does not stand behind their word or their work. Positive Note: The installer Dejour was excellent, so patient and understanding. So professional and took the time to explain things to me, when others from the company wouldn't clarify. "Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"This company is THE MOST reputable, professional, OUTSTANDING company we have ever worked with. We use them for both our home and our office and they are always AMAZING. What makes them amazing? We have had used them for repairs (prior to our new A/C unit) for YEARS and once our A/C finally stopped working, their team came asap and got us setup with a great new unit. We encountered a couple of issues with equipment (no fault of theirs) and they were fast to come and get things replaced. We have had to call them on holidays and weekends and they have ALWAYS come through for us. Not only is the company itself awesome, but literally every member of John's team that we have ever worked with, has been so invested in doing the best job with everything and it clearly shows. His guys go above and beyond - like even helping with things that were completely unrelated. They make great recommendations and always do their best to keep costs as low as possible. They stand behind everything they do and they don't try to sell you ANYTHING that you don't really need. Not only is the company and the staff great, but the owner himself (John) sees to things personally and makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy. I think my favorite thing about John though is the fact that he treats his employees so well - and that comes from THEIR mouths. They all have the upmost respect for him and freely talk about the things he has done to help them professionally and personally. He truly is an incredible human - who does good by everyone.
