"They can out Jan 2, 2018 and provided a quote for 85 feet treated pine fence 6 ft tall and one 4x6ft gate. Price included haul away of old fence. I returned the signed permit application on 2/6 and my Tenant advised me that the repair was completed by 3/11. Fencing was all new material, and looked nice. Contractors cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old fence in accordance with the contract. I did not complete a thorough inspection until after my Tenant moved out July 1, 2018 and by then entire sections were coming off as the runners were nailed the posts with a single nail per runner. I did not call Seminole to fix the issue, but rather went out and added a second nail to each runner where it was attached a post. The gate they replace had the hardware misaligned so it wouldn't stay latched. Again, I just fixed it myself rather than calling seminole. These were little problems. And I could've given Seminole a chance to fix them, but I shouldn't have to for a company with their good reputation. That's why they received a B instead of an A."
