It was a very good experience. I knew the quality of the doors were going to be good; but the service, knowledge, punctuality and craftmanship was impecable. I would and will definitely use Strict Doors again(this is my second time)

In the spring Strictly Doors replaced our front door and other exterior doors. Their installer Jeff did a wonderful , very professional job on our exterior doors.
The second time we had Strictly Doors come back and replace five of our interior doors and hardware.  Unfortunately, a different installer they sent left some minor damage to surrounding drywall which we had to repair.  We did notify Strictly Doors of the damage and they offered to send someone out to repair the damage but we preferred to correct the situation ourselves.  We still would highly recommend Strictly Doors as a provider or a quality product, on time installation and professionalism.

The sales person was personable, knowlegable and worked hard for our business.
Unfortunately, when we had problems, she became a customer's worst nightmare..
We had  problems with the interior doors after they were installed. They were installed inconsistently from room to room with some of the glass panels facing correctly and some not. . There were  panels that were discolored and noticeably pitted. The defects were not discovered until the protective film that was on the glass was removed after painting. This was the sequence that we were told to follow by the salesperson. When I called the company to tell them of the problems,  they wanted no part of it.  They would not return  phone calls. They did not acknowledge  that there were  problems. They did not give me the name of the manufacturer so that I could discuss this directly. They sent me a letter saying they would do nothing and the problems with the doors were only 'my opinion'. The correct orientation of the glass panels has been verified to me in writing by several vendors who do the same work for Home Depot. And, of course, the pitting and dis-coloration is apparent just by looking at the doors. No expertise required.
Ultimately, we had to file a small claims action. To avoid litigation, Strictly Doors settled. We are  left now with having to purchase new doors.
I would not recommend this company.

Things were very fine. I'm very impressed with them, and I've already recommended them to other people.

I was extremely unhappy with this company as there are two different ways to receive these doors, depending on how you would like to finish them. If you want to paint they are left untreated and if you want to stain them they must come treated. Well, the doors that I received did not come treated for staining, per my request and when I applied the stain to the window framing around the window area it all eventually peeled right away. They also installed some doors backwards and were forced to return to my home 2 different times to finish their job.
