The teams were punctual, friendly, professional, and Gerard kept in touch to manage expectations. They also stripped the front door and re-stained it. I thought the door looked good before; I had no idea it had so much potential. The gentleman who worked on the front door explained the door was previously painted to look like wood grain. He brought out the door's true grain. We couldn't be more delighted."

Jeffrey Razor was prompt and a hard and steady worker.  There was 3 weeks between pressure wash and staining. This was due to the fact that we had lots of rain every day and he could not stain until the deck had time to dry.  We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without question.

"William Kilgore had a very professional demeanor from the moment he came to review the job and provide an estimate. He described in detail how he would complete the project, outlining the various steps he would take. The job was quite laborious in that he had to be on his knees to prep my powder coated decorative railing and trim by sanding off the oxidized and peeling paint. Then he had to apply a primer, followed by two coats of emerald urethane enamel. The amount of railing involved in this was quite extensive (at least 120 linear feet). The project took a bit longer than I anticipated but we did have a lot of humidity and rainy weather which interferes with drying time between coats. He did an incredible job prepping all areas to prevent any overspray and the finished product looked excellent! The railing looks like new now even though it is about 12 years old! I would recommend him as his work is excellent with no shortcuts taken. I have actually re-hired him for another project."
