Thank you Original Post: 3/10/2024 100% great job.. This was a super difficult and complicated job because I had serious level problems from the last installer 5 years ago.. These guys came in and completely repaired the mess from before. It turned out amazing! . The entire apartment has perfect level, and beautiful tile. The workers were super respectful, and Silas, Mitch and Kyle were very professional. I would 100% use this company again.. I highly recommend them."

"Not well, two different shower pans liner (no liner or idk said to be clear) brought questions of the installation as a whole. (Photos attached) I had requested the assurance of waterproofing, as I live above/beside others. A water hammer deceloped when they performed shower/control valve replacement & also parts were left off. Box discarded. Box also needed for parts registration. They continued to close in other bathroom shower walls before plumbing resolved. Waterhammer happens every time I Flush toilet(s), turn on faucet, wash clothes. All plumbing fixtures are affected. Terrible to hear. They said they would need to cut into newly installed tile, after cutting into A/C closet sheetrock wall. Sheetrock wall still open. I stopped the process (thus why cost reflecting is for first portion) when I saw two different shower bases & the gaps in durarock. I didn't wish more materials to be wasted, as there is a difference in the two bases & the walls are now more restricted for plumbing access. It is difficult to determine full cost when repairs are up in the air to be dine &/or redone."
