Mark was great. So kind. After calling on a Friday, they were able to schedule service as soon as Sunday. I had him come first thing Monday morning. My house is so fresh now. I couldn't be happier. The grey/brown grout is white again. So worth the money for 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry in my 1600 sq ft house. Con - I would have liked the corners to be scrubbed also. But it took me 10 mins after he left because the floors were still damp.
