Took it to the Apple store had it evaluated and they told us it is NOT ADVISED consumers take their products to those retailers because the materials they use is not suitable for their phone system. Took it back to the doctor and he attempted to fix it which was a failure and he did absolutely nothing to reimburse the money I spent. He blamed it on the “abuse of the phone” then said it would have worked if the phone did not fall which it didn’t. I will be reporting this to BBB and will contact the news so all consumers are educated of this matter. Take your phone back to Apple to be repaired the materials they use is not compatible with Apple’s system. It was absolutely horrible and would confirm apples diagnosis and I will sue!"
