Pool Solutions is a great company to deal with. I worked with Beka, Lora, and Bill in the office, and they were all very professional and responsive. Jason was the technician who performed the repair work and he was fantastic. Jason is probably the best technician that I have used for any project on my Florida home. He was knowledgeable, timely, efficient, neat, and courteous. Highly recommend.

Contacted Pool Solutions and they set up an appointment to have my pool light leak looked at. Jason was here on time per the appointment scheduled and proceeded to assess the situation. Upon completion he advised that the leak was no longer present as the repair done by another company was well done and should last several years. I was thrilled to hear that as that would be saving me thousands of dollars.

I couldn't have asked for better service!!!Brian took my nasty smelling pool and made it gorgeous again. Brian was easy to talk with, explained what he was going to do, and MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! He is a very hard-working young man committed to doing his very best, and it was truly appreciated!! Hurricane Ian left nasty stuff everywhere, but Brian saved the day for me! Draining, cleaning, removing debris, to refilling the pool. He did a fabulous job, I would recommend his company and KIS service to anyone that asks!! Give the company and Brian a chance to make your pool beautiful again!!!!!

They found leak in my 2 main drains and a leak in the skimmer. They replaced the seals and plugged the hole in the skimmer. They showed up in a timely manner and the completed all the work in one day.

The pool was leaking about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of water everyday, contacted Pool Solutions and they scheduled an appointment right away. They detected where the leak was and explained and showed me where it was. The workers were all professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Pool Solutions.

I called and on same day they sent a leak technician to look and see what the issue might be. He had an idea and said he would return next day to perform a leak test as well as clean out fountain water. Bill called later that afternoon to give me a recap and that they are going to brainstorm on how to fix leak. Technician arrived as scheduled next day and located leak, cleaned out fountain and placed a temporary fix on leak area until repair tech can arrive for the fountain cleaning and proper repair. Later that afternoon, Bill called and advised me of the estimate for the cleaning and repair. It was very reasonable. 5 days later, a very friendly repair technician arrived on time and cleaned the main fountain and repaired the wall fountain. Later after the repair technician had already left, I noticed the motor of the entry way fountain making a high pitched noise. I placed a call to the main office and the same repair technician (working on another home in the area), stopped by again to assist, but noise was no longer being made by the motor. Repair technician was pleased that the noise stopped, did some checking to confirm. Although I felt bad that I called him back and the pump appeared to be in working order I was very pleased with his response time and helpfulness. Next day, I received a call from Bill asking if everything is functioning well and if I was satisfied with all the work performed.
Everyone I spoke to and that I had the opportunity to meet was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. What a great team of people.

Pool Solutions did a great job repairing our pool. The pool was losing at least an inch of water per day due to leaks so we needed to get it repaired quickly. They were able to get us on the schedule within a few days and the technician arrived at the scheduled time. He went in the pool with a scuba tank so there was no need to drain any water from the pool. He found the primary source of our leak and a couple of other weak seals, and sealed them all with waterproof sealant. He was very careful and methodical, taking time to carefully evaluate every fitting in the pool and spa. All leaks were sealed and now the water level is holding steady.
We would definitely use Pool Solutions again if the need arises, and will be recommending them to others. Thanks Pool Solutions!

Jason arrived promptly as scheduled, and immediately determined that the overflow drain had acted like a siphon during recent severe rainstorms. He fixed the problem and at much less cost than I had expected. He and his staff were very professional, pleasant to work with, and customer-oriented. I will use Pool Solutions in the future for any pool issues and highly recommend homeowners/business-owners call these folks first!

"We were ASTONISHED when it was brought to our attention that a false accusation was made regarding our company and we would like to respond. Per our records we were last out at the member's residence on 4-22-11 regarding the pool leaking. Per our conversations with reliable sources the home was being foreclosed on, they were not paying their mortgage and association fees, and to be careful about payment. We identified a leak in the heater and the auto fill right away. As a professional company with honesty and integrity, we suggested the equipment leaks be addressed before a complete leak detection is performed on the pool and spa thus the homeowner would not occur any un necessary cost due to the pool may not be leaking. When we informed the member payment for repairs would be due upon completion, she disagreed with our terms and became very belligerent. To avoid further conflict we left, therefore No repairs were made to their swimming pool or equipment."
