Cody has been very helpful in my spa rail issues. I seem to be choosing badly so he's offered to do a little research and make a few suggestions. He's going to assist in placement of it which to me is a big deal! I've only had their service for a couple months but I've been VERY pleased with the spa service AND customer service. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"
