Authentic Pools

They did an amazing job. They are very professional and the pool is beautiful.

On the contract, they said they would remove screws and put new ones. The aluminum part of the screen had two screws that were there, and underneath was a huge hole! On the drainage part of the pool, it should have been left alone, but it was painted, now the paint is peeling off. The handrail coming out of the pool is rusting, they polished it but I am not confident it will last. The handrail coming out of the pool is loose. The decorative tile has not been laid correctly. I am not satisfied with the job at all. They have been coming to my home while I am gone and doing work, and my landscaping has been most. When they pressure washed the deck, mud and debris were all over my windows. I have had to lock my doors because I do not know when they will be arriving, and I do not want them to be here without me knowing. There were holes where the drainage was.

Everything went very well. There aren't really any details, they did the work, did a good job, responded to any concerns we had and were a pleasure to do business with.

I had a very good experience with them. They were right on time. They were very professional. They went right to work checking everything and they check the components of the pool. They gave me a lot of advice on how to maintain it and keeping it clean.
