"Job Well Done! I chose DEL TORO RAIN GUTTERS from the Angie’s List. Soon after contacting them, they called me back and an appointment for a free estimate was set. Erich was prompt to the appointment and was a good communicator: he understood what I envisioned for the job, explained the available choices to better serve the needs of my property including to protect my backyard. Before Erich left, I received a written estimate containing a drawing of what we had discussed and a date for the job was set. The evening before the gutter installation, we had a brief phone conversation and agreed on an approximate time for the job; their arrival was in the window of time promised. The job was done in the time frame also discussed during our first meeting. I was very impressed by their professionalism. It was evident they know how to work as an effective team. There was no loud or non-related conversation among the workers, and they worked very well coordinated, without wasting any time. I’ve noticed their attention to details. The working area was left clean, the payment was done without any delay and a receipt was provided accordingly. I personally witnessed the work being done, and I am 100% comfortable in recommending them; in fact, they are now hired to do a bigger gutter job in my daughter’s house."

Because of this, the installer left some of the gutter bolts undone in their hurry to finish. They did come back and finish off when they were informed of the discrepancy.
