"I called Jeff, told him what I needed done and he sent my a contract to sign. After signing, Jeff ordered the doors and when they came in (they were delayed by the company) we determined a date and time for him to come out to hang the doors. My ceiling fan blades were originally going to be replaced but Jeff suggested I replace both fans as they were old. He was right. One wouldn't turn at all and the other stopped turning within a month. So while the doors were on order I purchased new fans and light kits. When the doors came in, Jeff and his father-in-law came out to work on changing out the doors. It took a little longer than expected but they were hung, primed and painted over the course of several days. Both doors had noises they made over time, but I called Jeff out and he fixed the hinges. The Anderson door is wonderful and the Therma Tru is doing well, too. Jeff came out later to hang the fans on the back porch and brought another family member to help. Again, it took longer than expected but was completed during the same day. Both fans work fine. They did the work with a few delays (weather, items on order) and did it well. I asked for an estimate on some more work and haven't heard back. I'm sure if I called him he would send me one, but I am not in a hurry. "

"I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service person to repair major floor damage in my elderly mom’s bathroom (sub-floor had to be replaced, new flooring and vanity installed) in her home due to a deteriorated wax toilet seal. I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. We will definitely keep DVS flooring on speed-dial as he was a god send. And we have additional repair projects for my mom’s home in the coming months that I will be using DVS Flooring to complete. "The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it."
