"Chris King was Great, I had a New Home build where I had materials shipped in and the house was Built on site close to the beach. Neil Hurst and team was on site and my house was Built BEAUTIFUL!! It was such great craftsmanship and quality of work. I feel like I had an elite team that did not disappoint. My house also weathered a Cat 3 hurricane Mid build and nothing was damaged. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"South East Custom Construction is fantastic. They did a wonderful job on my front porch. The screens were replaced and look good as new. They also installed a cat door on my screen door. They were professional and very friendly. I would absolutely use them again in the future."

I wanted to change out the sliding glass door on what used to be the front our garage to a large window.  Erik and his crew removed the existing door and started demo on the outside hardee board siding and the inside drywall.  They reframed the wall to support a large 9x5 window.  Once the window was installed they added osb and housewrap to the outside and finished re siding the exterior wall.  They also replaced the drywall on the interior wall.  To finish the job they jackhammered what was left of the concrete ramp coming into what used to be the garage to make it look more like it was just another room in the house.  I wanted to save money and do some of the work myself so I did all of the painting and added the window trim.  Everything was done as agreed upon in a timely manner.

"I had several years of drainage problems which led to fungus problems. RH Enterprises educated me on the underlying issues and designed a solution to correct it. He performed the grading and installed a French drain system. He then layed sod throughout my yard and provided several weeks of treatment until the new sod was established. He also educated me on how to control the fungus issue going forward.

I actually had neighbors comment on the quality of work with one leading to a referral for work.

This is the second time I have utilized their services. They also repaired several areas of my concrete driveway last fall.

"Josh, Chris and their crew are very professional and they make you feel like part of their family. They are attentive to detail and provided great advice when we were making our selections for our remodel. This remodel basically gutted the entire house, top to bottom. They provided us with a rendering of what the kitchen would look like when completed with our selections and other changes, which helped us visualize the completed product. It was fantastic. I have had friends over to my home and I've received so many compliments! They did a fantastic job. I literally have a brand new home at the old address. We couldn't move out while the renovations were in progress, so they rented a pod for me to move our belongings into, no additional charge! How many other contractors would do that? I work from home, and they made sure that I was able to continue to do that the entire time. They were fast, the price was reasonable and the work is beautiful. Josh and Chris remained involved during the entire process and visited my home often to check on progress. What's not to like? I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed."
