I called Cool Air USA for an AC repair leak and they provided same-day service. Their service techs, Charles and his colleague, arrived promptly and were very efficient and professional in resolving the issue. I have worked with Cool Air USA for years and each time I call, I have NEVER been disappointed in the outcome. They are the best in town (and much better than other Broward County AC companies who shall remain nameless).

Technician arrived ahead of time after giving me a curtesy call. Listened to my explanation carefully then did a thorough inspection. It was clear after he opened up the outside unit what was wrong. Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary. I was also given a good discount because coil and compressor were exchanged together. The technician even checked my relays. He did exactly what I wanted and needed ant nothing more. Next service i am calling these guys again.

Perfect! Yuri arrived within the time window given to me when I scheduled the appointment. He solved the problem quickly and cleaned up when he was finished.

Very well,, they replaced the old units with the new, which took hours, and because I had these items replaced in the past, this installation was done like I had not seen before, very exact, precise and professional.

Cool Air USA quoted an appointment between 1 pm - 4 pm. Although they did not arrive until 4:30, the service expert called me twice to update me of his status and the fact his prior service call was taking longer than expected and again to tell me he was enroute, both of which I appreciated. He was very direct and took the time to explain to me the issues and the repair options. The service expert was very good and very informative about the repairs he made and the things I should be looking for in the future to properly maintain my home's AC unit.

I'm very happy I called Cool Air. They were very honest about explaining my options, their technicians were knowledgeable, polite and respectful (no mess and they wore masks). I also paid a lot less than I thought I would have to.
