We hired Carl Hans Seitz, LLC for popcorn ceiling removal for our home which is approximately 2800 sq. ft. under air. They also painted and retextured the ceilings. We were extremely happy with Carl's company and their work which went over and above our expectations. They performed their job working around myself and 5 little, very senior dogs (which I tried to do my best to keep out of their way) and did it with a smile and were very conscientious regarding our safety and comfort and overall very pleasant experience! Carl, Andrea and Joe even identified and corrected items during the job which showed us how expertly they perfomed their work. This is a family owned business with very reseasonably priced fees. We have just contacted them again regarding painting the kitchen and master bathroom! We highly recommend this contractor!

I have a three bedroom condo. Carl removed the popcorn ceilings throughout the condo, the porch and including the closets. Removed the wallpaper in the bathrooms. He applied a textured look the all of the ceilings throughout the condo including the walls of the bathrooms. He replaced all of the faceplates on the electrical outlets (originals were from 1976 and were discolored with age). He painted all of the doors, including the louvered doors making them look like new. A real professional and true craftsman. There were several severe cracks in the walls which needed repair

Our experience was definitely a positive one! Carl, Andrea, and Joe acted professionally and kept to our time schedule. They tore down old popcorn ceilings, cleaned it up, re-plastered a nicely subtle texture, then painted a coat of sealer and a bright white finish coat. Their attention to details was surperb: caulking the ceiling wall joints, touching up my wall color if need, patching defects and spay painting the ac vents. We are very satisfied and would gladly recommend them.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Carl, Andrea and Joe. They did excellent job painting my home. Carl applied textured, painted and accented with metallic silver paint to one of the wall, which looks very elegant. They did a great job at removing the popcorn texture also. They cleaned up the area before leaving each day. I am very pleased and satisfied with the professional job!

We were delighted by our experience with Carl, Andrea and Joe. From the very beginning, they helped us through the process. When my wife mentioned she had seen a color in a design house, Carl tracked down the color family for us and we chose a lighter shade in the same family. They accommodated working around the needs of the tiling contractor and helped us finish the job on time. They made some very helpful suggestions throughout the process, which led to an improved result. They also responded to some mid-course changes in scope by my wife and me and folded the expanded work into the original schedule. And they have been back to patch up after the blinds installers and marks made by movers and ADT installers. They have a superbly professional attitude toward everything they do. I can heartily recommend them for any job you have in mind. They took great care of us and made the experience most positive.

It was a pleasure working with this company they are such nice people. Popcorn removal and painting was stellar. They are excellent and pay attention to every detail .I would highly recommend them especially for their quality of work and respect for our home. Carl did excellent work. He removed the popcorn from my ceiling and retextured it. The entire job was done on time and on budget. He even cleaned up some drywall from a past unfinished project! Carl and Andrea painted the interior of our house. We were very pleased with their committment and dedication to the job. It was nice that they did all the work themselves, so we did not have a lot of other people in the house. They finished the job on time and within our budget. Carl also repaired our lanai ceiling which has given us trouble for some time. It looks great!

Carl and Andrea showed up on time and gave a reasonably priced bid for painting my 3 bed/2 bath condominium. They appeared the very next day to do the prep work, and finished the project in 3 days total. Carl and Andrea work efficiently together, were impeccable in their work and attention to detail.
