"I had beyond a great experience with Contractors on Demand! It started on the first contact with Felipe, which was very clear about the work I was getting done at my house, step by step. "Horrible. Leak in bathroom which they denied was there until I had to pull a baseboard. They had to pull the vanity and fix the leak but never came back to finish the job with replacement of a new cabinet. No preparation/leveling was done to subfloor prior to new engineered hardwood being installed. Result was floor that moved and squeaked in some areas. Also did not lay boards in a random pattern which resulted in groupings of like boards that looked terrible. They tried for months to tell us they were working with their insurance to have the floor replaced. They ended up cutting off communications with us and we were forced to hire a lawyer. Long story shorter, they would not offer restitution for their faulty work. After a year of trying to resolve the problem, we were forced to replace the flooring out of our own pocket at $30K. They have no integrity or live up to their guarantee of quality and customer satisfaction. Worst experience we ever had with a contractor."
