"I had an issue and needed help quickly due to another company failing to show up for an appointment. I called and spoke with John, explained the situation and he was able to fit me in the next day to get the work done. Carlos was the plumber sent out on the service call and he did an amazing job. He was meticulous and one of the best I have seen. Thanks John and Carlos you two are the best! Based on this service and quality of the work, I will never use any other plumbing service Thanks you so much. Drain Genie is the best!"

"This service was so thorough. Others suggested that we reply more the entire house, but Mastropiero found the source of the problem, repaired it, and now we have a fully functioning house of plumbing."

"Someone friendly and knowledgeable called shortly after I submitted my search for a plumber. Service one could get there significantly faster than any other plumbing company I had contacted. We had a professional at our home within 2 hours of Althea scheduling phone call. The plumber was professional, very knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. He advised us of what needed to be done and what he would recommend we do to fix the problem. He gave us a great price and, of course, we went with the recommended repair (replacing both heating elements in the water heater). He was done shortly after and everything is working great! He also educated us on how to avoid this issue again. Great experience, we will definitely use service one for all of our repairs in the future."
