Arrived same day and not long after I initially called. Very happy with the service I received.

I had a backup in my main drain line. Our house is 100+ years old, and they handled everything extremely well. Very quick to respond and the drain line was cleared quickly. Outstanding service...would highly recommend them!

The gentlemen who came out were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I asked a lot of questions simply because I was curious and they were patient and answered all my questions about drains, clogs, and piping. I really liked how efficient and friendly the guys were as I get nervous easily. The price I paid was certainly worth it and cheaper than I thought it would be, especially compared to certain “franchise” plumbing companies. We have had Morris Drain many times. They are very thorough and explain what they have done. They have replaced and put in a new sewer outlet for us and were very reasonable considering all of the digging and work they did. We have had estimates and they are very high and try to charge you for other things that you don't need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Morris drain.

We started to have evidence of a clog two days before Thanksgiving, but, with a plunger and some liquid de-clogger, I thought it was loosened. However, Thanksgiving day there was waste water coming up in the basement.  I searched on the Angie's List site for the best possible business in my area.
By far Morris Drain Service, Inc. was the best option.  The listing said they opened at 7:00am, so I placed a call Friday morning a few minutes after 7.  My call was answered immediately, and after I explained the problem and the need for a fix that day, the owner came on the line and said he would be out within the hour.  And he was.
Bob Morris was very professional in his assessment of the problem, cleared the clog from the outside, and offered some very sound advice about our system.  He gave me the total price before he did any work, explained my options, and completed all work as specified.  He was careful of our property, considerate when he came inside to do the paperwork, and cleaned up outside before leaving.
I am very glad that I chose Morris Drain Service and will use them for any future needs.  I am also glad that I had Angie's List members to rely on for accurate, personal information.

They are punctual. They try and get to you as quickly as they can; they base it on what the problem is. If they are too busy, I have actually had this happen before; that they will recommend another service for you if it is something that needs to be taken care of like right now. So if they can't do it, they will recommend another company to do it. That was very nice because most companies would tell you we will be there in three or four hours and if they can't get to you fast enough and if there was a problem, like my drains were backing up and they said, call this man and he would come, if not immediately then call us back and we will try and get to you as fast as we can and the man showed right out. I thought that was very nice of them.

Extremely well. Blockage was identified precisely without the use of expensive cameras. Very pleased with the outcome.

We use them were I worked and should have called them the first time, but our home warranty co. made the call to the first company. Morris Drain was very professional and knew what the problem was. Afterwards they told me that they'll come back out in 6 months to check and make sure everything is OK.

The showed up as planned, performed the work quickly and with the right tools. They cleaned up after themselves and told us to expect the problem to reappear in three to four years. They offered to come out every three years and clean it again or earlier if needed

I had a downspout back up and I determined the problem was somewhere between my downspout and the street which is 100 feet away. I called Neff Plumbing because they had done excellent work for me in the past. On April 24th, 2012, they suggested I call Morris Drain Service, Inc and at the same time they called Bob Morris and asked that he call me. Bob called me later that morning and said he would be back in town in the afternoon. I called him after lunch and he showed up about 20 minutes later. He had a device on the end of a high-pressure hose that forced the water out of the drain and at the same time pulled the hose in. He cleaned the drain from the street all the way to the house. There were a couple of clogs in the line and after working the hose back and forth a couple of times, it washed them out. I think it took about an hour. Advice to consumers: Plumbing Service and Drain Service are not the same – making the distinction can be very important.

He is the nicest and best in the area. They suck it down to the gravel, put all fresh water in, and suck it out again. They are amazing.

My experience with them was very good. I used Morris Drain Service, Inc. Company twice, once for the kitchen drain and another time for the basement drain. They basement drain had roots from plants or trees and so they cut them off. It's been working well since then. They did a good job. They were very reliable. They did an excellent job both times. They stayed back till it was done right. They were very knowledgeable. They were very professional and very friendly. Their price was not out of line; it was an average price.

I had a problem with an overflow in the basement, so I decided it was time to get the septic pumped. I tried this company for the first time, and was very impressed with how professional they were. When I called, I didn't realize that they would be out that same morning, within a couple hours! They took the time to check and make sure everything was working properly, and explained what they did. They were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them.
