"We needed our hurricane shutters repaired ASAP because we will be going back to NY next wee and the company that installed them told me that they could not come for about 6 to 8 weeks. Stormshutter Mechanic gave me an appointment in 5 days and told me that if they get an opening she would let me know. The next morning Raquel called at 8am to tell me that she did a little shifting in their schedule and would like to send a repairman over between 9 and 9:30. Two gentlemen arrived at 9:10 and fixed the shutters. They worked efficiently, fixed the problem and lubricated the tracks and cleaned up beautifully. We will definitely use them again."
