Hello all, My name is Dave Noonan and I am a small business owner trying to turn this dream into a full time gig. I am a one man wrecking crew hungry for growth. I went to trade school for maintenance and electrical at Polk state college in Polk county, FL. After years of doing that, I decided I wanted to give white collar work a try and got into the sales industry. I currently work as an account manager full time while maintaining several lawn care accounts on the side to generate extra income. As I mentioned I do work in sales so customer service is my number one priority. I’m young, no kids, nor married so I can put you and your needs first. And I am the farthest thing from being afraid of hard work. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thanks so much.

"This company is a joke. Owner claimed to have insurance but nothing was covered. He lied about closing the company after I confronted him about the damage done to my property. He's obviously an amateur. He tried felling a 100ft pine tree with a 50 ft. Cherry picker. I should have known better. I thought he knew what he was doing. Boy was i wrong. Now I have 40 ft of crushed fencing and 3 50 year old cedar trees were damaged beyond repair and have to be cut down. My neighbors property was damaged as well and he can't get in touch with the owner either. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company."

Lawns questions, answered by experts

You may need to lay sod on the areas you dug up once you get the okay from the contractor. It will take about 30 to 45 days for the sod to take root. Consult a local sod installer to get an accurate estimate of the timeline of your specific yard-enhancement project.

The best time to aerate a lawn is when there's plenty of moisture in the soil, which is the fall or spring seasons. However, keep in mind that lawn aeration isn't very effective when there has been a long period of heavy rain, as the excess water can potentially damage the lawn in the aeration process. Wait until your lawn is predominantly dry to start the aeration process to ensure best results.

Post-seeding care involves regular watering, mowing when appropriate, and occasional re-seeding to cover sparse areas.

Professionals bring industry knowledge, can spot potential problems early, and tailor maintenance like fertilizing and weeding to your lawn's specific needs.

If you plan on laying new grass seed, try to wait eight weeks before stepping on it. You might need to wait an entire season to drive your car across the driveway. Sod establishes itself in the ground in about two weeks.
