He has cut the grass once and did a really good good job. I am going to use him again. I would recommend him. He seems to be a really nice gentleman. He is good at what he does. The regular price of his yard service is $50, but the first time he comes he charges you more to get it under control. I do always like things cheaper.

On April 3, I called Manzy Lawn Service about leaf removal and general lawn cleaning. We arranged for him to be here at 8:00 AM onApril 21. He showed up, with 2 helpers, right on time, we discussed the job, they started anf finished about 1:30 PM. They did an excellant job. I have used them before and will again.

They were really good.

Have family coming in Wednesday from out of state and needed to get my lawn looking presentable for my guests. Called Manzy on the Friday before and was told by him that he was pretty busy and that Valrico was kind of far for him right now, but he suggested that his brother that lives in Plant City would be able to help me out.Called his brother and made arrangements to have him look at my lot and give me an estimate on Monday and hopefully get it cut Tuesday.

The time for him to show up came and went on Monday and I missed 2 calls while on the line with relatives. Called Manzy Tuesday and let him know that his brother never showed. Manzy told me that his brother told him that he tried calling me four times and could not find the place (No GPS, pleeeease???). Called his brother and gave him directions and a new meet time for Tuesday afternoon at 3. I got off of work early got to the house and by about 3:20 I called his brother just to hear and quot;I cannot get my mower runningand quot; and something about how he would try and get it running and that he had some other issue about loading the mower. I simply told him that he was making his problems my problems and I don't need this, just forget it I'll find someone else!!

I called Manzy's because of all of the nice comments people made about his service on Angie's, this WAS NOT my experience. I would suggest to Manzy to either try and do the work yourself IF he can, but DO NOT call your bro and look for some help.

BTW, I got another company, with a simple phone call here today (Wednesda,y relatives arrive at 5) and this guy told me he would be at the house by noon and for $25 is going to do my lawn. Most likely has a permanent customer!!

The one negative I have is that he left my backyard gate open when he left knowing I had dogs. Luckily, I was able to have someone grab them before anything happened as one had a very close encounter with a car.

For what we agreed upon Manzy has done an adequate job.

My renters were supposed to take care of the yard... NOT - I called Manzy and he had worked non-stop to get my overgrown yard back in shape. Imagine one year of not weeding... It looks fabulous. A good Christian man. Will not be sorry you used him!!

It was ok. They were adequate. He price's out each portion of the job separately.

Very well. On time, courteous, worked non-stop until the job was done - would defnitely use him again.

Not a good impression.

Last lawn company went out of business and my yard was a mess, overgrown, a jungle. When I called Manzy, I had to leave a message. He was prompt in returning my call that day and made arrangements to come by and give me as estimate. He was on time, which was great as I had to go to work. He quoted an estimate that we agreed upon. he and his assistant came that day. When I got home that day it was great. The lawn looked good and I could now show my face again in the neighborhood.

They do general maintenance of the lawn which includes mowing, edging, removing leaves, trimming trees under 10 feet. He is great. He is the best guy I have had so far. He is very detailed and go above and beyond his work. He does not take time even to nap. He had a limp due to a fall from a tree in my front yard; he came back and taken care of it. It happened to be the day he was coming here. He has some workers and an assistant too. He may have more than that. He is little expensive but I think he is worth it. He is very reliable trustworthy and dependable. I will continue to use the same company in the future.

Manzy does a good job, always shows up on the scheduled day, and is easy to work with.

He came on time and did a goo job. The only problem was that he didn't bring his own garbage bags, so I had to supply him with them. The price was a little higher than I expected. I will continue to use him, and he comes every 2 week. He does great work.

He was very courteous and a very nice gentleman. He was here on time and when he said he would be. He explained everything to me step by step which I really appreciated.

I have had Manzy out twice so far. The first time was the initial meeting. As I did not need the lawn mowed that day, he edged and cleaned out several flower beds for the $40. The second service included fertilizing the entire yard and spreading some Black Kow on an area of grass that has numerous dead spots. He also mowed and edged. The work that was done was excellent. The only issue I had was the charge for spreading the fertilizer and Black Kow. In addition to the $40 for the mow/edge, he was asking $100 to spread the fertilzer and Black Kow, total $140. This did not include the cost of the fertilizer and Black Kow which was an additional $100 (receipt provided). We agreed to a total of $100 for the ALL labor. Otherwise, Manzy is great! Work is excellent and he is very personable and accommodating!

I called and asked for an estimate on a per week basis for the summer and fall. The call was returned promptly, an appt. made and they showed up as scheduled. I even received suggestions on how to fertilize the grass and what would make it grow thicker. I had kept up with the front lawn but the back was a mess of weeds, partly unmowed. They did a beautiful job mowing and cleaning up. They even put the yard waste into my garbage can. I was so impressed that I referred them to my parents.

I contacted Manzy to get an estimate on having my yard taken care of. He Promptly responded and came over and gave me a quote. His price was fair and he did what he said what he would do without me having to babysit him. I have used him several times and plan on utilizing him again. He was understanding when I told him I needed to cut back for a while due to economic reasons and several other issues that came up that took a strain on my budget. As soon as I am able to get my finances back in order I will be calling Manzy to have him schedule me in regularly again.
