Williams Property Maintenance

He did a fine job. He was very cost efficient. He also did a little more than what was asked of him. The yard looked much better after he had gone.

They said they would be here at 8:00 AM and arrived at 8:00 am. They (3 workers) worked until 5:00 PM, did not finish but were back the next day to finish. When they finished with the leaf removal, they mowed and weeded the lawn. I was very happy with their work. I have used them for several years now and will use them next year.

I had some yard work to be done. So I called Williams Property Management from Angies List and talked to Bill Williams. We discussed what had to be done. He came out a couple of days after that to give me an estimate. This list contained: Weed and mulch about 10 small flower gardens; Total mulch area is about 500 square feet; Do some edging around to trees; Clean 2 gutters; He suggested repairing my fence and gate; They came out on Monday and got to work. There were 3 workers and they spent about 5 hours doing the work; they were very efficient and courteous; they even did extra work leaf blowing that was not on the list; I am very pleased with the job that they did and would go with these people again. The Total cost was $430.00.

They did a good job, they were very nice people and the price was right.

Their work was okay and they did it on time. They seemed to be okay. I have other people now, but I would hire them again if I needed to.

I was thrilled with Bill's responsiveness and promptness. I had a very tight time schedule (basically, one day to get a huge job done) and he worked incredibly hard to get it done. The leaf removal job at my house took nearly 10 hours to do with two people, but he stayed and got it done for me. I didn't even know I had grass under all the leaves but when he was done the yard looked fantastic!

It was difficult to schedule appointments with them.

We used them for about a year. They were pleasant enough but in the end we decided to go with another company because they were not as dependable as we wanted. They were supposed to come every Monday and maybe they would or maybe they wouldn't. When they were here, they did a good job. They did everything we asked them to do. Cutting the grass is not brain surgery and they did it and it looked neat. When we asked, they trimmed the shrubs and they looked nice and neat. We didn't have any complaints about their work.

We have been using them for about 10 years. They come out every week and perform satisfactory work. I think they could be better, though. They are fairly priced.

He did a very good job. He showed up right on time and gave me an estimate. He and his helper were extremely punctual, thorough and did more than I expected. I walked around with him during the estimate and pointed out things I wanted and he also made suggestions to me. It was a big job and took them 2 full days. I really thought the price was fair for such a big job. I have a contract with someone for my regular lawn care, however I am considering switching to Williams Property Maintenance instead.

The work was fine except they cut a branch off of a fruit tree and tried to put it back on the tree, which I felt was very dishonest. The owner himself was very reliable, but his workers were not.

They took away the leaves and the person that was here was very nice and pleasant to deal. But then my husband noticed a spot he missed when cleaning the gutters.

I called Mr. Williams, we set up a time and date. He came out with one helper, worked all day. They did not get it finished to his satisfaction so they returned the next day and worked about 2 hours. They were very professional.

They were fine. They arrived at the time they said they would. They stayed within the estimate they gave me. My yard look very good when they were finished.

Very polite and nice and came right out when I called and removed the dead tree and gave me a senior discount.

He came over and gave us an estimate. On the day he came to do the work there was one guy who worked all day and did a good job. The owner came at the end of the day and did a walk through with me. He made sure that any adjustments I wanted were completed. We were satisfied with the exception of a pile of debris that was left at the end of the driveway.

They were great!

Bill and his crew cleaned 2 properties of leaves for me. One property was 106' X 145' in size and has a number of large oaks. Bill and his crew were on time, courteous and did an awesome job. The price for their service at that property was $285.00. The second property I had just moved into and it not been raked in a long time by the previous owner. The leaves had built up into a semi-hard layer of about a foot above the soil. The crew spent 4 hours removing the leaves and also weeding the front and back areas. The price for that was $325.00. I used Bill last year, as well as this year and both times he has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping maintenance job.

Arrived exactly on time. Did a very thorough job of cleaning. They even mowed, trimmed and edged the yard. This is the 4th time I have used them and I will next year.

We originally found Williams property maintenance from Angie's. They were very professional, and did a good job. There was a small problem with the timing, sometimes he would not show up at the given time, and unfortunately their was no phone call. Other than that, the work from him and his crew was great.

Williams Property Maintenance did an exceptional job. Never have I been so impressed with tree service. This crew worked together beautifully. Despite 3 long, hard days in hot, humid weather, they always kept their good natured dispositions. They could have finished sooner, but they took their time and did the job right. They were extremely careful not to damage anything. My yard is a virtual obstacle course, but they skillfully maneuvered some large equipment into the back yard. A neighbor's house sat precariously close to the tree, another challenge they met with their expertise, knowledge and genuine concern for the people's property. A few fence posts were shorter that the rest. One of the workers (Gary) in generously added extensions so they would all be the same height. It looks great. They came back on a Sunday morning to clean up the yard and cut the grass, leaving it looking very neat. I couldn't have hired a better company.
