"I submitted drawings of the garage I wanted built and in a very short time, the plans were ready and approved. AMSCO builders was very efficient in the construction of my garage, even during the rainy month of May here in Central Florida. The unusually wet month presented some problems, but the excellent crew from AMSCO worked tirelessly to finish on schedule. The quality of the building and the workmanship throughout the structure is excellent. Ryan Simmons was upfront with all the expenses and costs and at the final draw, our numbers were exactly as promised. I would recommend AMSCO to anyone considering a new garage."

"I have a block house built in 1996. I recently starting researching ways to “harden” my home against Florida storms. I initially thought a window film application would be the best solution. As I investigated glass technology, I realized the newer glass designs are far superior. I contacted Ryan at Reece Builders. We discussed details. I have a large number of windows, so we did the project in a couple of stages. In every case, every aspect of the project was flawless. The measurement was absolutely spot on. The installers were excellent and gifted craftsmen. Every new window fit perfectly. Everything was done correctly the first time. There were no “re works” for any reason. I mentioned Ryan by name here, but every single member of the Reece team is an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with. When I look the construction of the Reece window compared to the original builder-supplied window, there is simply no comparison. The Reece window looks and feels much more robust, solid, and very well made. I have two east facing windows left to replace, literally next week. In the morning I put my hand on the old builder windows, and it feels like a hot frying pan. I go to the double insulated gas-filled Reece windows and they are cool to the touch. Actually, the vinyl frame is mildly warm, but I would expect that especially this summer of relentless heat and clear skies. That is the only heat transfer compared to the entire surface area of the old window. This is a great product and an excellent company to work with. Ray arrived on time every day with a pleasant demeanor. He was willing to do any small things I found that needed attention, since this was not a new house. He worked quietly and meticulously and left his work area clean and neat every day. It was just a pleasure to have him around.

One anecdote: I had miscounted the amount of cash I gave him at the end, giving him $300 too much. He counted it and could have easily kept it-- I wouldn't have noticed. But instead he told me. I was so impressed...and grateful.

"Edwin and Jenny were so nice and extremely professional. They raised my sunroom door, patterned the outside of concrete to match the stucco, shaved off the bottom of 3 interior doors to make room for my new carpet, and installed 2 mounted blinds. They also cleaned up when completed. Everything looks beautiful and clean. I will definitely hire them in the future for work on my house."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Started out well. but as we moved along. Patrick never returned phone calls or responded to emails. Did not schedule an inspection on the new room addition roof which caused us a 4 to 6 week delay for new roof. Hit rainy season. Never came to inspect or follow up with problems dealing with sub contractors (Electrician, HVAC). Could not deliver on the flooring we wanted. Never updated blueprints to subcontractors so work was done that we did not need nor were others rebid at a lower rate. We caught the mistakes and lowered final payment. Painting of room where walls meet ceiling was done free hand no edger used. Colors ran so very sloppy. Did not put tarp on roof so we had water damage in another room. Tried to charge us again for work that we already paid for. Happy with room"
