"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. This experience was one of the best I've received in a long time! Great company, great people and great service!"

"Showed up right on time. Had all of the gear needed to do the job.  He ran into some problems because this condo unit never had the problem drain access installed on the outside.  Eventually, he was able to resolve the issue by using the sink drain access. He pulled a rootball from the system which was so large it almost did pass through the pipe.  Everything was working perfectly. He advised of the additional repairs that will need to be done to the drain line outside the unit.  Since our condominium association maintains the plumbing outside the condo, I didn't have him schedule the repair as the management company has their on contractors they use.  The plumber left everything if perfect condition sand cleaned up the area in which they were working.  The price may sound a little high, but I don't think it was because of no drain access, it took three hours for them to complete the job. Had this been a new unit with proper plumbing, it would have been much less labor intensive and would have cost significantly less.  I will definitely call Glenn Tatum Pluming should I need any additional work... and I give then an A rating .. on everything. Excellent.

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. "George Suba was punctual. He showed up every morning between 8 and 8:30. Very neat. At the end of the day, after he cleaned up the worksite, I would never have known there was on going construction outside of that room. He gutted my bathroom, installed tile, new tub and toilet, vinyl plank flooring, moved electric outlet, plumbing, painted, and hung a new mirror, He stayed on my project until completion. The quality of his work was outstanding and fairly priced. The outcome exceeded my expectations.
